Hvilke opplysninger

Når du bestiller take away hos oss, lagrer vi navnet ditt, telefonnummeret ditt og — dersom du oppgir den — e-postadressen din, sammen med detaljene i bestillingen.

Hvorfor

Vi bruker opplysningene kun for å ta imot, tilberede og gjøre klar bestillingen din. Behandlingsgrunnlaget er oppfyllelse av avtalen (bestillingen din). Oppgir du e-post, bruker vi den til å sende deg en bekreftelse.

Markedsføring

Bare hvis du aktivt krysser av for det, sender vi deg tilbud og nyheter på e-post. Dette er frivillig, og du kan når som helst melde deg av via lenken nederst i e-posten.

Lagringstid

Bestillingsopplysninger lagres så lenge det er nødvendig og i tråd med bokføringsloven (inntil 5 år for regnskapsformål), og slettes deretter.

Deling og sikkerhet

Vi deler ikke opplysningene dine med tredjeparter. De brukes kun internt hos oss og oppbevares trygt.

Dine rettigheter

Du har rett til innsyn i, retting og sletting av opplysningene dine, og til å klage til Datatilsynet. Kontakt oss på gangnam@gangnam.no — vi svarer innen én måned.

What we collect

When you place a take away order, we store your name, phone number, and — if you provide it — your email address, together with your order details.

Why

We use this only to receive, prepare and get your order ready. The legal basis is performance of the contract (your order). If you give an email, we use it to send you a confirmation.

Marketing

Only if you actively opt in, we may email you offers and news. This is voluntary, and you can unsubscribe anytime via the link at the bottom of the email.

Retention

Order data is kept only as long as necessary and in line with the Norwegian Bookkeeping Act (up to 5 years for accounting), then deleted.

Sharing & security

We do not share your data with third parties. It is used internally only and stored securely.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, and to complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet). Contact us at gangnam@gangnam.no — we reply within one month.
